I hereby apply for membership in the Marlborough Country Club, and if accepted, I agree to abide by the bylaws and all member policies of the Club as in effect. I understand that the Membership Committee reserves the right to accept, reject or revoke all applications and memberships. I understand Marlborough Country Club reserves the right to correct any errors without advanced notice. By my signature below, I acknowledge and understand that upon my resignation from the Club all dues, minimum spending and fees are non-refundable. The undersigned hereby certifies that the above statements are correct and true and authorizes Marlborough Country Club to obtain information from any source contained in this application. It is understood that this application remains the property of Marlborough Country Club, whether or not the membership is granted.
